Guittard’s 72% Coucher Du Soleil bittersweet chocolate (Cacao beans, pure cane sugar, cocoa butter, sunflower letcithin, and vanilla beans), naturally evaporated fleur de sel from historic Mayan saltpans, and smoke from Oregon alder wood as the only ingredients in making this true infusion.
